These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jlqq ("jlqq," "we," "our," or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the jlqq website at jlqq.onl and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, bingo rooms, promotional offers, and payment services.

By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to the jlqq Privacy Policy. Player data is not sold to third parties and is retained only as long as required by law or legitimate business necessity.

jlqq reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory direction. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 13.3 PAGCOR Complaint Mechanism. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, players may escalate their complaint to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) through PAGCOR's official complaint channels. jlqq agrees to cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or mediation process.

13.4 Jurisdiction. For disputes not resolved through the above mechanisms, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
